What is the 2012 Toyota Corolla’s oil type?

What type of oil should I use in my 2012 Toyota Corolla? I found some in my parents' garage but I’m not sure if it’s the right type for my car.

The 2012
Toyota Corolla
takes fully synthetic 0W-20 grade motor oil, but you can also substitute 5W-20 oil if necessary.
If the oil you found in your parents’ garage isn’t either 0W-20 or 5W-20, though, do not use it in your car. Putting the wrong type of oil in your vehicle can cause engine damage and other issues over time, so it’s very important to put the right type of oil in your vehicle.
