What is included in boat towing?
As of last week, I'm officially a new boat owner. Yesterday, I was going over the paperwork, and I realized that I have towing coverage on my boat insurance. What does this include?

In most cases, your towing coverage will cover towing the boat, or the vehicle pulling it, to a repair shop.
It can also cover fuel or oil delivery and
jumpstarts
. Some policies even offer similar services if there is a hurricane or weather event that requires your boat to be hauled off. There are some cases where boat towing is not included on the water. Some companies only offer to tow the vehicle you drive to move the boat to water or the boat trailer itself. If your insurance company doesn’t offer water towing, there are several boat towing services with on-water service.
