The most popular GMC SUV on the market right now is the GMC Terrain, which has a starting MSRP of $27,900. Some of the reasons for this model’s popularity include:
  1. Good safety features.
  2. A user-friendly setup.
  3. Holds value very well.
  4. Longevity (Terrains last an average of 300,000 miles)
Despite these great features, however, the Terrain does rank pretty low for reliability when compared to other compact SUVs on the market. This is because repairs tend to be more severe than average when they are required. However, repairs are still pretty uncommon for the Terrain, so this fault shouldn’t deter you too much— it’s just a factor to consider.
If your car’s reliability rating is important to you, a better option might be the GMC Yukon. This is another popular SUV model from GMC, but it ranks much better for reliability than the Terrain.
