Car talk can be confusing! A slammed
Jeep Wrangler
 has been modified to sit very low to the ground.
A slammed car isn’t just lowered—it’s sitting only a few inches off the ground. As the name suggests, the car looks like it’s been slammed against the ground.
Technically, any car can be slammed, not just a Jeep Wrangler.
There are multiple methods to slam a car, including:
  • Putting the tires at a slant
  • Using lowering springs
  • Hydraulics
Be warned: a slammed car can be easily damaged and may not be 100% legal in your home state. Additionally, it can be difficult to insure modified vehicles.
