What is a full clean driving license?

We’re placing bets around the office about who has the least marks on their license. One of my co-workers claims they have a full clean license. What would be considered a clean driving record?

Congrats—(in advance) to the winner of your challenge. At Jerry, we’re not big on chance, but if you need information on license types, you’ve come to the right place.
A full clean driving license can be divided into two categories: full and clean.
A full license means that the driver has passed the provisional stage and can drive a car (or motor vehicle) on the roads. A full license does not mean the driver is eligible to drive any vehicle—but instead, that they are licensed for their class.
A clean license has no prior ticket history or point values attached to it. This could mean the driver’s previous points or tickets have been dismissed or a driver has never had an infringement on their record.
