What is a 2008 Toyota Camry’s oil type?

I’m taking over the routine maintenance on my mom’s car, and she’s unsure of the last time she got her oil changed. I’m going over there next week and want to come prepared. What’s the oil type of a 2008 Toyota Camry?

According to the owner’s manual, a 2008
Toyota Camry’s
oil type will depend on what kind of engine is under the hood.
If it’s a 2.4-liter four-cylinder model, then the oil type will be either 5W-20 or 0W-20. If it’s a 3.5-liter V6, then you’ll want to go with 5W-30.
If it’s available, Toyota recommends using Toyota-approved genuine motor oil, but any ILSAC multigrade engine oil with the right viscosity will do.
