What info/documents do I need to apply for a car loan?
I haven't applied for a car loan before, so I'd like to know what info I need for the application process.
Every lender is different, but nearly all of them look for applicants who have a driver’s license, sufficient income, and a stable banking and credit history. In addition to your driver’s license, proof of income, and any documents pertaining to your banking and credit history, some lenders may also ask for information about your job history and address history.

I've been approved for a FHA loan. The agent says I need to pay for the home insurance a year in advance. So does this mean I don't need to pay into escrow for home insurance in the first year?

How do I get reimbursed for the full value of my vehicle?
I recently purchased a vehicle for $20,000. It was totaled and the other driver's insurance is only going to pay out $17,000. I don't have gap insurance. Is there any way to make the insurance pay the full value of my vehicle since it was just purchased a week ago?
