What happens if someone commits insurance fraud?
If you report your car stolen, but it was actually being hidden in a barn under a tarp and covered with hay bales, would the police and the insurance company come after you?

“It is the responsibility and the duty of the insurance company to investigate every claim presented. Theft claims, which fall under comprehensive coverage, generally get more scrutiny due to their criminal nature.
If there is a reason to suspect fraud, the insurance company may report it to the National Insurance Crime Bureau. If the case is prosecuted, it can result in rather serious consequences.”

What would be the cheapest car insurance for my 22-year-old daughter?
I'm looking for car insurance for my daughter and it's ridiculously expensive. We're getting quoted around $4,000 for an annual policy, and the vehicle isn't even worth that much. She has a clean driving record as well.
