What color glasses are good for night driving?
I recently accepted a job where I work second shift, and the commuting back and forth after dark has made me realize I probably need some glare-reducing glasses. What color glasses are best for reducing headlight glare?

The results are in, and survey says the best color glasses for night driving are: blue!
One of the challenges of night driving is definitely the reflection and glare from other lights on the road—but glasses that contain a blue tint will be the best at filtering out all those scattered blue tones from oncoming cars and traffic lights.
However, it’s important to note that blue light glasses will only work for these purposes if they feature an anti-glare coating.
Some believe that blocking blue light can improve nighttime driving while other experts believe reducing glare is all that matters. For best results, spring for an anti-glare coating to cover all your bases.
If you’re on the fence about blue light glasses, yellow-tinted glasses are also good for night driving. Glasses that contain a yellow tint can help increase your depth perception and provide better contrast and definition in darker settings.
