What engine is in a Jeep Commander?

I want to buy a Jeep Commander but I want to know more about my engine options first. I know that Jeeps are typically very reliable, but are they fast?

The 2010
Jeep Commander
has a 5.7-liter EZH V8 engine, which is capable of producing 357 horsepower and a top speed of 129 MPH. The Commander isn’t the fastest vehicle on the market, but you’ll still be able to get a decent amount of power out of it.
If you’re hoping to get a newer Commander, however, you’re out of luck, since Jeep discontinued the Commander in the U.S. after 2010. With that being said, Jeep Commanders are still pretty reliable cars. If you’re going to buy a used vehicle, just make sure to check it for any mechanical issues before you make the purchase.
