What engine is in a Honda Accord Sport?

I don’t understand the difference between the Sport model and the regular Honda Accord. Is the Honda Accord Sport fast, or does it have the same engine as the regular Honda Accord?

The
Honda Accord Sport
comes with a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine, but you can opt for a larger and more powerful 2.0-liter engine if you’d prefer. This larger engine is really what separates the Sport model from the base model Honda Accord.
The base model Honda Accord also comes with a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder direct-injection engine, but does not have the 2.0-liter option. Other than this option, things that set the Sport model apart from the base Honda Accord include:
  • Sport pedals that give you more traction when driving
  • An improved audio interface
  • Different cosmetic features
Whether you settle on the base or the Sport model, you’ll need a good insurance policy to keep your new car safe. Check out the
