What does this Cadillac ATS dash light mean?

I drive a 2017 Cadillac ATS and recently a light on my dash came on, but I don’t know what it indicates. It looks like a horseshoe with an exclamation point in the middle—what does this Cadillac ATS dash light mean?

Good question about your
Cadillac ATS
dash lights! From your description, it sounds like you’re referring to the tire pressure light—if you’re seeing this light on your 2017 Cadillac ATS’ dashboard, it means at least one of your tires is significantly underinflated or that there is an issue with your vehicle’s tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
If the light starts blinking when the vehicle is first started, but then switches to a steady glow after about a minute, it means your Cadillac ATS is experiencing an issue with the TPMS, which you’ll need to have looked at by a mechanic.
If the tire pressure light does not blink but remains steady from ignition, it means one or more of your tires is underinflated. If this is the case, you’ll need to stop and inflate them to the proper pressure value as written on the Tire and Loading Information Label.
Properly functioning dash lights are key to keeping you safe and protected on the road—but so is having the right insurance policy. Licensed
