new car warranty, also known as the basic warranty, lasts for five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. It’s generally considered one of the best and most generous new car warranties in the industry and **covers the following:- Bumper-to-bumper: Five years or 60,000 miles
- Wear and tear items: One year or 12,000 miles
- Adjustments: One year or 12,000 miles
- Battery: Three years or 36,000 miles
- Paint: Three years or 36,000 miles
- Radio and audio systems: Five years or 60,000 miles
On top of the new car warranty, Hyundai also offers the following warranties on all new cars:
- Ten-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty
- Seven-year, unlimited miles anti-perforation warranty
- Five-year, unlimited miles of roadside assistance
