What does Mercury roadside assistance cover?
I have car insurance from Mercury. They recently sent me a flyer in the mail that says they offer roadside assistance, but it was vague on what it covers. What all does Mercury’s roadside assistance policy cover?

If you want to add Mercury roadside assistance to your coverage, it’s not a bad deal. It offers many of the same options and features as companies like AAA and it has comparable pricing. More specifically, Mercury roadside assistance covers:
- Towing up to 15, 100, or 200 miles, depending on which package you choose
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Locksmith services
- Flat-tire changes
- Battery jumpstart
Keep in mind that you have to pay these out of pocket. After using roadside assistance services, you will submit a reimbursement form and Mercury will give the money back to you.
