A 2013 Infiniti G37X turbo kit increases engine power and reduces the rate of fuel consumption.
It works by capturing exhaust fumes and using them to spin a turbine. The turbine, in turn, forces more air through the engine during combustion. The result is an increase in engine power without burning more fuel.
