What do I do if my Hyundai Entourage’s sliding door is stuck open?
The sliding door on my Hyundai Entourage is stuck open. I’ve tried a few things, but it won’t budge no matter what I do! What else should I try to get my Entourage’s door to close?

Hyundai Entourage
stops working, it’s likely due to an issue with your door sensor or the latching mechanism.Consider the following scenarios:
- If the door won’t work with your key fob, it’s likely a faulty sensor. A mechanic or dealer can replace the sensor, and this should solve your problem.
- If the door does work with your sensor, then it’s likely an issue with your latching mechanism. In these cases, the door will slide almost completely closed, then spring open again. A mechanic or dealer can replace the latching mechanism to fix this issue.
Something else to consider is your power door motor. If your door failure was preceded by clicking or knocking noises when you opened and closed the door, this is likely the culprit.
Luckily, even if you’re having issues with the power mechanism for your Entourage’s sliding doors, you can still operate them manually. On your vehicle’s dash to the right of the buttons you press to open and close the doors, you’ll see a button labeled “power.” Simply press this button to disengage the sliding door motor and use the doors manually.
In any case, your best bet is to have this
