What credit card is the best for rental car insurance?

I don't own a car, but I rent often. I typically pay with a credit card. Is there a credit card that is known for great rental car insurance?

“The Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card is consistently ranked as the top card for rental car insurance. It provides:
  • Primary car rental insurance with $75,000 of coverage
  • Upgrades, special offers, and discounts with Avis, Silvercar, and National Car Rental
  • Car insurance in most Western countries, including Ireland and Jamaica
If you don’t want to fork out the $550 annual fee, consider non-owners car insurance. With non-owners insurance, you aren’t required to own a vehicle. The policy provides you coverage on any vehicle that you borrow or rent.
If you are renting frequently, it may be less expensive than opting in to the rental car company’s insurance and provide more coverage than a credit card’s insurance would.”
