What color is positive on a battery?

I’m trying to help jump start a friend’s car, but I can’t remember: What color is positive on a battery?

It’s great you’re asking questions before touching anything!
Red is positive on a car battery. If you don’t see a red cap or ring on one of your battery’s terminals—or your friend’s battery—then look for a plus (+) sign.
Always be careful to attach the red (+) battery terminals with the red (+) cable. Also, be very careful to ground yourself with one end of the black (-) cable. Never attach the two negative (-) battery terminals to one another with the black cable. One end must be grounded. When you are removing the clamps, do not let them touch.
