What can I expect from Acura TL depreciation?

I bought a new Acura TL when I graduated from college in 2011. I’m looking to buy a new car now, but I’m uncertain whether my old Acura has any value. What can I expect from Acura TL depreciation?

The average
Acura TL
depreciation is 20% loss of value in the first year and about 10% additional loss of value for every following year after purchase.
The MSRP was $36,000 for the Acura TL in 2011. Today, 11 years later, you could expect a resale value of around $10,000, according to websites like Kelley Blue Book.
While make and model do have some effect on resale value, your Acura’s condition is far more important. If you have taken good care of your vehicle—and you have the maintenance records to prove it—you could sell your used Acura for between $13,000 and $15,000.
