For the Toyota Prius Prime fuel efficiency, you can expect 133 combined mpg for electric/gas, or 54 combined mpg for gas-powered only.
Since the Prius Prime is a plug-in hybrid, you can achieve even longer distances than the standard Prius. If your battery is fully charged, you can drive on pure electric power.
