What are the Toyota Highlander’s trunk dimensions?

I’m in the market for a new SUV and one of my friends recommended the Toyota Highlander. I’m a bit of a nature lover and sometimes bring a lot of gear along with me, so I want to know what the dimensions are for the Highlander’s trunk?

There are few things better than the great outdoors, and the Highlander—along with its trunk capacity—is a capable and reliable
SUV
to get you there.
The
Toyota Highlander
offers several different storage configurations depending on which seats you flip down. With every seat folded up, the SUV offers up to 84.3 cubic feet of storage space behind the front two seats (slightly less on models with a sunroof).
But what do 84.3 cubic feet look like? We measured the Highlander for you, and here are the dimensions of the cargo space in its most spacious configuration:
  • 84 inches deep
  • 46 inches wide
  • 28 inches high
That can hold a lot of stuff!
Driving off-road can lead to problems on the road, and the last thing you want to worry about is whether your car is insured against all the perils that come with off-roading.
