What are the toll roads in Southern California?

I’ve always wanted to travel around Southern California to see what the fuss is all about. While I’ve heard traffic is a bear, I’m not all that worried. I just want to make sure that I know where toll roads are so I don’t spend extra money. What are the various toll roads located in Southern California?
