Suing a car dealership can be appropriate in one of these situations:
- Your car has serious mechanic issues shortly after purchase, and they weren’t disclosed when you bought the car.
- The dealership refuses to service your car after you purchased a warranty.
- The dealership fails to give you the title documents.
- The dealership fails to refund you for a product you bought and returned, such as an extended warranty.
