What are the names of the national parks in Alaska?

Which national parks are located in Alaska? I live in Alaska and want to visit some of the national parks here, but I haven’t researched my options.

There are a total of eight national parks in the state of
Alaska
:
  • Denali National Park
  • Gates of the Arctic National Park
  • Glacier Bay National Park
  • Katmai National Park
  • Kenai Fjords
  • Kobuk Valley National Park
  • Lake Clark National Park
  • Wrangell-St. Elias National Park
There are more protected lands and forests in Alaska besides the eight national parks, but these are the only official national parks in the state. If you wanted, you could even take a road trip to multiple state parks, staying in each one for a night or two!
