What are the best snow tires for the Chevy Impala?

What’s the best snow tire for Chevy Impalas? I love my Chevy and want to keep the same car when I move up north after graduation, but I’m afraid that it won’t perform well in snow with the current tires.

You’re right—you shouldn’t resort to regular tires when it comes to driving in snowy environments!
According to drivers, some of the best snow tires for the Chevrolet Impala include:
  • Pirelli Cinturato P7s
  • Continental ExtremeContact DWS
  • Various Goodyear winter tire models
  • Bridgestone Blizzak LM005s
However, tires can vary a lot in price, so discussing your options with a local tire shop will help you better understand how much you’ll need to pay to install snow tires. These are only a few options. Remember to do your own research as there are other good snow tire models out there that would fit your Impala, too!
To better prepare for winter driving, there are additional ways to winterize your Impala outside of adding snow tires, including packing a winter emergency car kit in case you get stranded in the snow or investing in winter car covers. If safety is your top priority, make sure to prepare for the colder months as much as possible!
