This beautiful area on the northern tip of Santa Ana features gorgeous historic homes, stunning tree-lined streets, excellent schools, and low crime rates. With an urban-suburban feel, you’re very much in Orange County, but the fragrant orange, walnut, and avocado groves remain ever-present.
Meredith Parkwood:
Another great choice for families, Meredith Parkwood is a beautiful neighborhood that’s very walkable. Located east of downtown Santa Ana, it’s within a short walk of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, and open spaces. Meredith Parkwood boasts above-average schools as well.
