What are the benefits of having a lifted Ram?

My friends all had their trucks lifted and won’t stop talking about it. I’m not sure if its right for my Ram, however. What are the benefits of having a lifted Ram?

There are pros and cons to lifting a
Ram
—it just depends on what you want to use your truck for.
Lifting a Ram is the act of either raising the suspension or lifting the body so the truck body sits farther off the ground. Lifted trucks are usually paired with oversized tires.
The benefits of lifting a Ram include:
  • Better handling
  • Better visibility on the road
  • Easier off-roading
Some downsides include:
  • Higher chance of a rollover
  • Worse gas mileage
  • May void warranty
Whether or not you like the look of a raised Ram is another factor—that’s a question of personal taste, however.
You should protect your Ram on the road with an improved
car insurance
policy. To find great coverage at a low price, you download insurance broker
