What are some national parks in New Jersey?

I just moved to New Jersey, and I already miss going to national parks for hiking and exploring. Are there any national parks located in New Jersey, or will I have to wait until I visit home to go exploring again?

Congrats on your recent move! The four national parks in
New Jersey
are:
  • Morristown National Historical Park
  • Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area
  • Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area
  • Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park
Each of these parks offers a unique experience, so I recommend visiting them all to figure out which one is your favorite. If you’d like, there are also tons of state parks located in New Jersey that offer beautiful hiking trails and camping options. This will allow you to experience nature in your new home, although it won’t carry the national park name.
Since you’re moving, this is also a great time to update your car insurance. Check out the
