My parents are going to give me their 2018 Cadillac CTS, and I’m thrilled because I really need a better car. It is a used car, though, so I want to be prepared for any issues that may come up. What are some common problems with the Cadillac CTS?

include engine and transmission issues. However, the first and second generations (2003-2013) of the CTS seem to be far more problematic than later years.The Cadillac CTS has a 3.5/5 rating on RepairPal. This is above average. RepairPal also ranks the CTS 17th out of 31 for luxury midsize cars.
