Should I give a potential buyer of my Tesla Model X a copy of the title for their loan-approval process?

"I'm selling my Tesla Model X. The buyer wants to make sure he can get approved, but he says he needs the title to do so.

Should I give a potential buyer a copy of the title?"

“No, you shouldn’t give them a copy of the title, as this isn’t a requirement for the loan. No lender will ask for the title on a car for approval or pre-approval.
Instead, give them the Model X’s VIN. This should be all they need to get approval for a car loan as well as secure
car insurance
