Is towing covered in a liability car insurance policy?

Is towing part of a liability policy? I currently have a liability car insurance policy, but I want towing as well in case something happens.

.
You either have to get a AAA membership (or something similar), or you can add
towing and labor coverage
 to your existing policy.”
