comes standard with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), a six-speed manual transmission is optional exclusively on the SE
trim level.And the Corolla SE isn’t your only option! Despite the fact that manual transmissions are on their way to becoming extinct industry-wide, there are still a few Toyota models with three pedals:
For 2022 and 2023, only the Corolla SE is available in manual transmission—although it can be equipped with the optional Apex package, which adds a sports-tuned suspension and aggressive styling to the mix.
Pro tip: If you’re looking for a teen-friendly driving experience, you’ll likely want to skip the Apex’s power boost.
