Is the Honda lifetime warranty worth it?

I live in Los Angeles and saw a local Honda dealership advertising a lifetime warranty. What’s that all about?

That advertisement probably belonged to Honda of Downtown
Los Angeles
. To answer your question, yes, the
Honda
lifetime warranty is definitely worth it.
All Hondas, no matter the dealership, come standard with a three-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty and a five-year, 50,000-mile powertrain warranty. Some Honda dealerships, but not all, offer lifetime warranties to attract customers.
One such dealership is Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. They offer free lifetime warranties to all customers who purchase new Honda vehicles. All you need to do to maintain the warranty is follow the approved maintenance schedule laid out in your Honda owner’s manual. The warranty covers your engine, transmission, and drive systems.
Again, only select Honda dealerships offer lifetime warranties. If you see a lifetime warranty offered, you should pounce on it!
Lifetime warranties can save you a lot of money over the years. So can a good car insurance policy.
