Is Mississippi a no-fault state?

I live in Florida right now, but I’ll be moving to Mississippi soon, and I want to make sure I’m prepared insurance-wise. Is Mississippi also a no-fault state?

pure comparative negligence law
, which means you can recover damages after an accident, as long as you’re not 100% at fault.
This means that if you’re 25% at fault for a
car accident in Mississippi
, you’ll pay 25% of the damages and the other driver will be responsible for the remaining 75%. 1% responsible? You guessed it—you pay 1% of the damages. Pretty simple, right?
