Is lane splitting legal in Delaware?

Delaware doesn’t have any laws that directly address lane splitting, which means that lane splitting is technically not illegal.
“Lane splitting” refers to the practice of riding a motorcycle between clearly marked lanes for traffic traveling in the same direction. Only California specifically articulates that lane splitting is legal. Plenty of other U.S. states ban it explicitly, but most states—including Delaware—do not address the practice at all.
