Is driving a box truck hard?

If you’ve never driven a box truck before, it can definitely feel overwhelming. The good news is that driving a box truck isn’t hard if you follow a few simple steps.
Here’s what you should do to master the art of driving a box truck:
  • Adjust your side mirrors so you can see what’s in your blind spots.
  • Take it slow. You’re in a huge vehicle, so the slower you go, the more you’ll get used to it and the better you’ll drive.
  • Drive with a passenger. They can act as your spotter, helping you to change lanes, turn, or maneuver into tight spaces.
  • Distribute the weight of your load evenly so you don’t accidentally tip the truck during an evasive maneuver.
  • Remain aware of your surroundings.
While the place you rent the box truck from will have insurance to cover you, why not take a few extra minutes to find more affordable
