Hi there! I’m from Leeds, England and I’ve been driving my used Renault Zoe EV for a few years now. I’m always looking for ways to be frugal and save money and I heard that Asda supermarkets might offer free charging. Can you confirm if Asda electric car charging is free?

- In 2021, Customers were able to access free charging points 24/7 at **19 **of the retailer’s stores, which include: Wakefield, Killingbeck, Huddersfield, Bradford, and Middleton. The service was free until October 2021.
- At each charging point, drivers found one bay for private hire vehicles and taxis and another bay for other users.
- The charge points supplied 100% renewable energy from Engie. Drivers received an average of 160 miles of driving per charge.
