Is a Ram warranty transferable?
I am looking into buying a used 2021 Ram truck with low mileage. Warranty is a determining factor for that purchase. Is the warranty transferable on a Ram?

Warranty policies can be tricky. A Ram warranty is transferable as long as it has not expired by the time you purchase the Ram vehicle.
All new Ram vehicles are covered under a Basic Limited Warranty for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Remember, this warranty starts at the actual date of purchase by the original buyer.
The same rule applies to the Limited Powertrain Warranty on all Rams, which lasts five years or 60,000 miles.
As with any warranty, there are terms and conditions attached to contracts. For example, the transfer may be restricted or denied if the vehicle has been modified or improperly maintained. You will need to inquire with the seller about the status of the warranty.
