Is a car battery covered under a Nissan warranty?

Will the factory warranty from Nissan include my car battery? I’m not sure what all is covered by my car warranty, but my battery has been dying and I need to replace it.

Yes! While a standard
Nissan
warranty won’t cover your battery, most Nissans are covered under a Replacement Battery Limited Warranty.
The Replacement Battery Limited Warranty lasts for up to 84 months after the battery installation. A new battery will be provided at pro-rata adjustment, meaning your battery will be replaced if it fails before the warranty period is up. The new battery will be covered by the same type of warranty, so you’ll be able to get your new battery replaced for the first 84 months of ownership, too!
