Is $400 a month too much to pay to insure a Chevy Impala in New York City?
My car insurance seems expensive, especially considering I've had no accidents. I'm 24 and I know rates will go down after I turn 25, but is this still too much to be paying?

Should I get a car loan or buy a cheap used car?
