How do you fill a tire with air at a gas station?

I'll be buying my first car in a few weeks, and I still have a lot of questions about general car maintenance, particularly tire-related things. For one, when do you put on winter tires?

Great question!
To put on winter tires, it’s recommended that you wait until temperatures are consistently below 45 degrees. The optimal period for most people is in the middle of November or the beginning of December depending on where you live.
Getting an idea of how the various parts of your car are maintained is the best preparation for buying your very first car, so it’s great to learn these things now!
