If Progressive increased my rates should I switch to Allstate?

Should I switch to Allstate or will they just increase my rates at renewal as well? I had no changes to my vehicle, location, or claims history.

“It’s common for car insurance companies to change rates. It often happens around policy renewals, which is why you experienced an increase.
Generally, the longer you maintain a clean driving record, the more your rates will decrease. That said, increases can occur due to the number of claims submitted in your area or a statewide premium increase.
If you’re thinking about switching, shop around. You can request car insurance quotes yourself or use Jerry. Jerry is a free app that finds you the best rates for the coverage you require
Should you find a policy with Allstate or another company that offers the same (or similar) coverage for a better price, then you may want to consider switching.
If you want to stick with your current policy, you can call Progressive. An agent can help you find discounts that you may qualify for.”
