If I register a car that my boyfriend's driving under my name, will it impact me?
"My boyfriend has a bad driving record and I'm thinking I can register his car for him. I'm worried about the consequences if he gets pulled over. Will I get in trouble?"
“If the car is registered under your name and insurance policy, you will be responsible for the liability insurance in the event of an accident in which your boyfriend is at-fault.
If you don’t want to be on the hook in the event of an accident, the car should be listed in his name and he should have his own insurance.”

Can I be listed on a homeowner's insurance policy if I don't own the home?
Should I be added to my parents' homeowner's policy? I am 35 years old and have had to move back in with them. I need to make sure all of my stuff is covered, but I am not listed on the deed to the home.
