“How long you can expect to wait between the day you file a claim and the day your repaired car will be returned to you really depends on the extent of damage.

will likely contact you within a few days to give you an estimate for the repairs. Then, your car will need to be taken to a body shop for an inspection and repairs. How long your car will be there depends on the availability of parts and the extent of the damage to your car.
Once you reach this stage, it’s a good idea to ask the repair shop for an estimated timeline. A minor claim could be wrapped up in a matter of days.”
