If I got a toll violation driving in Texas, will my auto insurance rates increase?
I accidentally got on a toll road while driving from Austin to Houston. Should I be worried about my rates?

“It’s unlikely that your car insurance rates would be affected by an accidental toll violation.
Unless you refuse to pay the toll and the unpaid bills affect your credit score, this type of infraction doesn’t necessarily make you a riskier driver in the eyes of the insurance company. “
