How should I handle my insurance after a car accident in Ohio?
I was recently in an accident in Cleveland. It was the first accident I've been in, so I'm not sure what to do as far as insurance goes. I wasn't at fault, so I think I can file a claim—but what should I do?

, you just have to file a third-party claim against the other person’s insurance. Call the company that covers them and see what you have to do to file a claim.Since you weren’t at fault, you shouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket to get your car fixed or your medical bills paid.
