How Roomy is the Interior of the 2008 Acura RDX

My daughter is in high, and we need a third car for her to drive. I want to get a used SUV that can handle snowy conditions and have room for her cello in the back. I’ve heard good things about the 2008 Acura RDX; what’s the interior like?

Trying a get a cello to and from school can be a challenge! Good news—the back seats in the Acura RDX fold flat, so your daughter will have plenty of room for her cello. The nearly 28 cubic feet of cargo space in the back becomes 60 cubic feet with the seats down. The RDX can comfortably seat five people when the back seats are up.
The seats are covered with cozy, perforated leather trim and raised enough that your daughter should be able to see the nose of the car. If snow is a concern where you live, you’ll enjoy the heated front seats.
Acura’s RDX has a great infotainment system to play CDs, MP3s, and WMA through seven speakers. Unfortunately, this model year doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities—but there is an audio jack. For the most part, the controls are easy to use, but some readouts for climate control are hard to read and access.
Adding a young driver to your car insurance policy will often raise your rates. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get cheap car insurance!
