How reliable is a Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Is the Jeep Grand Cherokee going to last for a long time if I buy a new one? I love Jeeps but I’ve heard that they break down a lot so I’m rethinking that option.

Compared to other vehicles in the same class, the
Jeep Grand Cherokee
is below average in terms of reliability. They also have a higher than average probability of needing major repairs within the first 10 years of ownership.
That said, Grand Cherokees are still pretty reliable cars overall. In fact, they last for 200,000 miles on average with proper maintenance and care! As long as you’re willing to take good care of your Jeep, the Grand Cherokee isn’t a bad choice of vehicle.
