No, you don’t need to replace your rotors as often as your brake pads. How often you should change your rotors depends on how often you drive.
In general, you should change your rotors after every 50,000 miles of driving. Brake pads, on the other hand, should be replaced at least every 20,000 miles—and often even more frequently than that.
