How often do you charge an electric car?
I’m thinking about buying my first electric car, but I have some concerns about range and how often I’ll need to charge it. How often will I have to charge my electric car?

, but the amount you charge it depends on how much driving you plan to do each day. If you generally drive about 40 miles a day, you won’t have to charge your electric car more than once every few days. If you’re a city driver who only goes short distances and not every day, you’ll have to charge it even less.
In order to optimize your battery’s life and performance, it is also recommended that electric cars are not charged fully to 100% every time they are charged. Limiting your charging capacity to 80 or 90 percent will cut into your range, but it will prolong your battery’s life overall.
